These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the muliatoto platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bets. By registering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "you") and Muliatoto ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino services available at muliatoto.cam (the "Website"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of all services, features, content, and functionality made available through the Website.

Age Restriction: The muliatoto platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Any person found to be under the age of 21 accessing the platform will have their account immediately terminated and any funds may be forfeited or returned at the sole discretion of muliatoto. It is a criminal offence in Malaysia to allow minors to engage in gambling activities.

Muliatoto reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or termination. See Section 4 for KYC requirements.
To access the Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information as requested. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details at all times and must notify muliatoto immediately of any changes.
Each Member is permitted to hold only one Account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual (whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods, or IP addresses) is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Muliatoto will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
In order to verify your identity and comply with anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations, muliatoto requires the following documentation:
KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Muliatoto reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. Your use of the Services is subject to the following conditions:
The Platform is provided exclusively for personal entertainment and recreational gambling. You may not use the Platform for any commercial purpose, data mining, automated data extraction, or systematic retrieval of content without our prior written consent.
You must not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the technical operation of the Platform, including but not limited to deploying automated bots, scripts, or software designed to manipulate game outcomes, odds, or the betting system. Any attempt to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any winnings derived from such exploitation.
You warrant that all information provided to muliatoto — including during registration, KYC submission, payment processing, and support interactions — is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false information is grounds for Account termination and may result in the forfeiture of funds held within the Account.
All betting decisions made on the muliatoto Platform are final once confirmed. The Platform displays all relevant information — including odds, wager amounts, and potential returns — before confirmation. Members are solely responsible for reviewing this information before placing any bet.
Muliatoto accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.
Where cryptocurrency deposit options are offered, including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and USDT, the applicable exchange rate will be applied at the time the deposit transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. Muliatoto is not responsible for price fluctuations between initiation and confirmation of cryptocurrency transactions.
Anti-Money Laundering: Muliatoto maintains strict AML compliance. We reserve the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any Account where unusual deposit patterns are identified. Deposits suspected to be proceeds of criminal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Members may request withdrawals of real-money funds from their Account at any time, subject to the conditions set out below. Muliatoto aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within 60 minutes under normal operating conditions.
Processing times are estimates and may be affected by technical issues, enhanced due diligence requirements, or circumstances beyond our control. Muliatoto does not guarantee specific processing times in all circumstances.
Muliatoto offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific promotional terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general conditions set out in this section.
Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within the promotional validity period. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the specified time will result in the forfeiture of remaining bonus funds. Certain game types (including but not limited to live sports betting, certain table games, and progressive jackpot slots) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements — full details are provided in each promotion's individual terms.
All bonus amounts and wagering requirements quoted in promotional materials are stated in MYR. Where a Member deposits in an alternative currency or payment method, conversions will be applied at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.
All bets placed on muliatoto are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, game, or event, as well as the general betting rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific product or event rules shall take precedence.
A bet is not accepted until a confirmation message is displayed and a transaction reference number is issued. Muliatoto reserves the right to decline any bet at its discretion without giving reasons. Once confirmed, bets may not be cancelled, amended, or reversed except where muliatoto exercises its right to void bets as described below.
Muliatoto reserves the right to void any bet, and to withhold settlement pending investigation, in the following circumstances:
Mix Parlay bets combining multiple selections are subject to the standard parlay rules applicable on the Platform. Where one leg of a parlay is voided, the parlay will be recalculated without that selection at standard odds. Where all legs of a parlay are voided, the original stake will be returned.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the muliatoto Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:
Muliatoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has breached these Terms or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
During a suspension, the Member will be unable to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. Muliatoto will notify the affected Member of the reason for suspension where legally permissible. Suspension may be lifted upon satisfactory resolution of the underlying concern.
Upon termination of an Account for breach of these Terms, muliatoto reserves the right to forfeit any funds in the Account Balance, including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds, where such termination results from fraudulent activity, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or criminal conduct. Where termination is for non-breach reasons (e.g., regulatory requirements), any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Member via their verified payment method.
A Member may request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course. Any active bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

All content, materials, software, graphics, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property available on the muliatoto Platform are the exclusive property of muliatoto or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any materials from the Platform without the prior written consent of muliatoto. Unauthorised use of Platform content may result in Account termination and legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, muliatoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if muliatoto has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Muliatoto's aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Muliatoto does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform unavailability, technical failures, or force majeure events including but not limited to acts of God, governmental action, war, natural disasters, or failures of third-party service providers.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
Muliatoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will publish the updated Terms on the Website and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where required by applicable law or regulation, we will provide advance notice of material changes via email to your registered Account address.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure as described in Section 11.3.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which muliatoto is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration or such other dispute resolution mechanism as required by applicable law.
Muliatoto maintains an internal disputes resolution process. Members wishing to raise a formal dispute should contact our support team in writing at [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute — [Account Username]". We will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 10 business days.
